In order for all of your athletes to get access to their own app and programming, I will need to send you a code that you can then distribute to your team. In order for me to send you the right code, I need the following information from you:

What date will you be starting day 1 of the program? (ex: Mon, June 3rd) *

What is the name of your cheer team? (ex: Westerville North High School or Cheer Athletics Columbus) *

What is the date of your biggest competition and/or what date would you consider to be the END of your season? (ex: UCA College Nationals Jan 12-14) *

Which program(s) will you need access to? You may choose as many options as you would like as your athletes will be able to join different programs based on their position on the team. However, all athletes will only be able to join one program per user. For teams that are non-building, you may choose either the flyer or the base plan as both of these plans are going to also improve tumbling, jumps, and motions. (The BASIC plans use mostly just DBs, KBs, and bands. The INTERMEDIATE and ADVANCED plans require FULL weight room access.) Program levels are based off of weight room experience levels *
